Post Studio ‑ Social Auto Post

It does post posts to Facebook and Instagram. Chat gpt is very limited, since it uses outdated 4o model. Support is non existent, since the chats are not being responded to for days. Stories styles/ ways to post it are very very limited. Rules with which you post are also fairly limited... Would love to rate the module better, but support situation is bad.

I used this app for at least two years. And it does what it promises, no problems. But what angered me happened at the end, when I signed up it was $9.99 a month, now the moment I cancelled the plan I saw that at some point in time they had changed the price of my plan to $7.99 behind my back, but they continued to charge me $9.99 for who knows how long?! Support conceded that they made price adjustments along the way and that there was some 'miscommunication', offered some credit that I won't use because I was moving to another app, and more importantly didn't mention for how long this had been going on, so I won't know how much I over payed. I know is "just $2 extra a month" but it's the principle, and it doesn't feel nice.

I have been using this app for a while now and have been waiting for support to fix the option to define the post template with a variable. This has gone back and forward with support and has taken months and still not working. Just get a message saying that should be working now, please try again and nope, still not working as it’s supposed too. Could be a good app but doesn’t deliver

The functions and UI are good, however it makes the images blurry making the app unusable. I tried contacting support weeks ago with the issue, they are since ignoring my messages / emails. I use other apps which don't make the images blurry, so it is an issue with the app, not my images.

Nice app but it keeps posting the wrong price on Facebook. It keeps adding a couple of extra zeroes and thus makes the app useless. Hopefully it can be fixed.
