We transferred over from a larger returns provider because they were too expensive. Come to find out, PostCo 360 can do everything that our old larger app can do at a fraction of the price. On top of that, Rachel was so helpful and made the setup so easy.

We've been using PostCo 360 for around 9 months now, and it's massively streamlined our returns process. Set up was fairly straightforward, with help readily available for any issues or advice when needed. Customers love the professional feel of the whole returns process and it's definitely made managing returns and exchanges a lot easier for our staff. Support is first rate and unlike many apps out there the developers actually listen to your suggestions. The app is regularly updated and is getter better all the time. Highly recommended!

The app is reasonably priced and effective. Melisa on the customer service team has been very helpful, and responsive to all of our questions. With the new Advanced Exchange feature, PostCo is competitive in the crowded field of return apps.

PostCo 360 has been such a great upgrade for us, it does almost everything we need, and makes processing returns simple and efficient. The business support is also fantastic! The only thing we would love to see is if our customers could select different items to exchange for through the app. Other than that this App is amazing.

If you are looking for a fully featured returns app, then look no further. Trust me I vetted over 12 other apps - NOTHING comes close to this one for managing returns, refunds, exchanges and store credits. Nick is an absolute legend and really took time to understand our issues when showing me the product. I repeat, LOOK NO FURTHER Cheers

Have been testing this out to manage returns & exchanges. So far so good. Support is amazing and they are doing updates regularly.
