It's a highly configurable module that allows for shipping rates in different regions. Their support is initially via an AI bot, but if your problem is more complex, it transfers you to a helpful human. Would recommend.
Really appreciate the time John and Neo spent helping us implement some complex logic on some rates. Been using the app for nearly two years and it's one of the most flexible apps to show rates based on postcode/weight/customer/product.
Fantastic. The app itself is exactly what we needed for shipping our products because we have one that is heavy and goes by courier, while all the rest go flat rate Aust Post. The support is second-to-none... absolutely amazing. We set it up ourselves but had a couple of postcodes not working. Contacted them and immediately they went right through our system, fixed what needed to be done and now it is working like a dream. The price is right too!
