I’ve had a really frustrating experience with the Postcode Shipping app. They’ve already taken payment, but the app isn’t working properly—and getting support has been impossible. It’s been 2–3 days of waiting, with multiple messages sent, and not a single response. What makes it worse is that their Crisp chat widget shows support agents (Neo, Eyal, Eric) as “active,” but no one ever replies. It gives the impression that help is available when it’s not. This lack of response is wasting valuable time for merchants who rely on these tools to run their businesses. At this point, I can’t recommend this app to anyone, especially if reliable support matters to you.

From what we can see, the issue you’re encountering is related to how Shopify handles multiple fulfillment locations, which unfortunately limits how shipping rates can be calculated. I had a bit of any issue with splitting postcodes across different areas. Used their chat facility and John came back to me in 2 to 3 minutes. Gave me a resolution with 5 minutes. Fabulous customer support. Highly recommended.

Postcode shipping has solved many complex shipping headaches for our store. And the customer service is first class.

This is a great app. It allows you to manually select and build out postcode shipping rates based on visual postcode references, which is very important for us as we have a lot of areas. You can virtually map entire countries or areas based on geographic locations where you want to ship to and their rates. It's a great tool

Such a great app for configuring complicated shipping rates based on weights & locations. There's a bit of work to set up rates & regions initially but after that, this app works beautifully for us! But none of this can be done without their amazing support team. There are no questions they can't answer and nothing stops them from helping us willingly. They absolutely go above & beyond to help with our problems and provide best solutions. 100% recommended!

After looking at the various options, we went with Shipping Rates by Postcode as it suited our immediate needs but looked like the further options it offered would benefit our business going forward. While the basic set-up is relatively easy to do, it is quite easy to 'miss out' some details meaning that the process didn't work as it should. The help and assistance from Neo was brilliant, he showed patience and diagnosed the problem, correcting it and seeing the transition from testing to usage through to it's happy conclusion. Based on our experience so far, I would highly recommend this app and the support from the developer. Now that the basic implementation stage is up and working satisfactorily, I will be looking at adding some of the refinements to enable the app to work even more effectively within our despatch department.

Found them by happy accident! The UK is complex when it comes to Courier charges and we have different rates for different zones the further north you go! Shipping Rates is the best solution we found and sorted the complicated shipping charges! Excellent customer service
