We've been using email, sms for years for our ecomm business and working with Postpilot was extremely easy to get going with print mail. We had weekly meetings with the same person on their team who was a huge help in conceiving ideas for us, strategies and implementing the campaigns. I was suprised how little work it took on our end thanks to Postscript taking on so much of the work. Current customers receiving a physical promotion in their hands definitely woke them up and we heard from many they liked it and it sat in their house reminding them about us long after their phone was put down or computer turned off so I think it was a good compliment to our existing digital marketing.
