We’ve had a great experience with PostPilot. The platform is easy to use, the reporting is clear, and it has made direct mail a much more practical part of our marketing mix. The level of support from our account manager is outstanding, very responsive, proactive, and willing to help us think through new campaign ideas rather than simply providing the software. We’ve been able to test different audiences, offers, and creative approaches while having a team behind us that understands ecommerce and how direct mail can complement our digital marketing. Overall, PostPilot has been a great partner and I would definitely recommend them to other brands looking to add or expand direct mail.
