As Head of Growth Marketing, I’m constantly looking for high-leverage ways to drive retention and LTV without adding more to our team's plate. PostPilot has become one of our most effective channels. It’s shockingly easy to set up, integrates seamlessly with Shopify, and lets us trigger campaigns based on real customer behavior. We’ve seen solid returns, especially with winback and post-purchase flows. Honestly, it’s one of the few platforms that delivers both automation and real-world impact. Highly recommend it if you're serious about lifecycle marketing. As a plus their team has been really great to work with and often will take a lot of the designs and segmentation work off our plates.

As a Director of Revenue, Post Pilot has been a game changer in terms of actual lift in our bottom line. We have specific automations that trigger repeat purchases and I can use the service to do targeted mailing campaigns. Physical mail is not dead in 2025. PostPilots platform makes it easy to set up campaigns and our CSM, CJ is worth her weight in gold! - Still one of the best apps on shopify and only getting better

We've used PostPilot for years, but previously had to use a manual method to matchbook. However, it's so much more streamlined now that we can use the integration with Shopify + PostPilot. We have a lovely dashboard that reports in real time that feels worlds above what we were using before. It integrates seamlessly with UCC's in our Shopify store, too, which is another huge plus for us. The PostPilot team has always been wonderful to work with and our account manager, Marina, is positive, helpful & transparent -- frequently giving us ways we can further take advantage of their program. Now that we are using the Shopify integration with PostPilot, it opened up even more options for us that were unavailable with our previous website host. We can't wait to continue to advance our direct mail with PostPilot.

We expected PostPilot to be one of the least efficient marketing channels for us... and it turned out to be the most efficient spend in our business (a consistent ~22x ROAS). Sitematch targeting has been really great - I'm genuinely impressed. To top it off, our account manager Piper is a legend and she's been super helpful since day 1. Highly recommend giving this a shot if you're on the fence!
