The customer service alone is worth the monthly cost! They helped me through the creation and implementation of my first campaign - designed the postcard, set up the segmentation, and launched the campaign at no extra cost. Highly recommend if you want to take your ONLINE presence OFFLINE to stand out from your competition.

The team at Post pilot is incredible. They do all the heavy lifting - design, scheduling, list construction etc. and the results we've seen have been well worth the investment. Highly recommend Post pilot for anyone not already sending postcards - it will absolutely pay off!

Great service. Postcards are definitely underrated but they are the way to go when you're trying to retarget your customers. I combined this with some emails and it definitely works!

Absolutely love it, the easiest to use- most importantly it integrates directly with Shopify so there's no exporting lists, etc. Can't wait to see how it does! Already set up one automated campaign also. Customer service is on it!

We decided to add direct mail to our marketing mix and the PostPilot team made everything extremely easy. They help set you up with optimized campaigns and then hand it off to their design team to handle the creative on the post cards (which have been awesome). Results have been great so far! I highly recommend giving them a try!

I heard about this service on a podcast, and I couldn't believe they integrated with Shopify and Klaviyo (two tools I use) and can send postcards to most people, even if they only have an email address! This was perfect for me. Setup was easy, but the staff was SO helpful on the creative and process to get setup. So far, highly recommended.

AMAZING! I recommend it to all our friends. They take care of all of the heavy lifting in terms of creative and setup. And they are doing something with postcards that no other company is doing right now. It is Klaviyo for post cards.
