This has been a great addition to our Shopify store. Their discount feature has been especially helpful, giving us much more control over how discounts apply across products and variants. It has made running promotions smoother, helped us avoid discounting add-ons that should stay full price, and saved us a lot of manual work. Their support team has also been quick and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance.

I had been looking for an app like this for quite some time, and PowerX Functions Creator fully meets my needs. The range of settings and functions is very extensive and even goes beyond what I currently require. What I especially appreciate is the very friendly, fast and helpful support. I needed a Shopify functions app that could actually handle tactical, order-level discounting at a scale of thousands of orders a month. PowerX delivered. Before rolling it out, we had our tech team validate the deep feature set and it held up to all their scrutiny. It's become one of the most useful tools in our stack. On top of that, the support team is genuinely best-in-class -- responsive and knowledgeable whenever we've had questions. Can't recommend it enough.

Poor, unprofessional customer support. Do not download this app. Customer support is unhelpful and unprofessional. Rep Hujjat sent a video instead of actually helping. When the video did not resolve the issue, his only answer was: "I sent you a video" and "you are new on Shopify"!. He got too personal and provided zero real assistance. When I expressed my frustration, his response was: "I’m not afraid of negative reviews." This alone tells you everything about the level of professionalism you can expect from this team. Avoid. P.S. The app owner's public response to this review is further proof. Rather than addressing the issues raised, he characterized my statement that I would leave an honest review to warn others — a standard consumer right — as a "threat." That reframing speaks for itself. Proceed with caution.
Thanks for the review. We do our best to help our customers. Glad you mentioned we recored a dedicated video for you. Yes, we do that plus we build custom features if required for our customers. But, we also expect you to corporate with us. You keep responding with capital letters "PLEASE SET UP WHAT REQUESTED!" We checked your store and no discount was created, you didn't provide any details on what part of the discount you couldn't setup. It looked you never tried and expect us to configure the discount without having collaborator access. The reason I said you seem to be new in Shopify is because you asked why I need access to your store for configuration. Again, you threaten us for writing negative review if we don't setup the discount. That's okay. If you ever need help in future, we're happy to help. Just communicate with our team what's the issue and which part of the discount you need help with. Thank you!
