I needed a Shopify functions app that could actually handle tactical, order-level discounting at a scale of thousands of orders a month. PowerX delivered. Before rolling it out, we had our tech team validate the deep feature set and it held up to all their scrutiny. It's become one of the most useful tools in our stack. On top of that, the support team is genuinely best-in-class -- responsive and knowledgeable whenever we've had questions. Can't recommend it enough.

PowerX helps me get our complicated discount code setup working. We like to offer 1 code that applies a different discount to either a subscription or non-subscription.

Poor, unprofessional customer support. Do not download this app. Customer support is unhelpful and unprofessional. Rep Hujjat sent a video instead of actually helping. When the video did not resolve the issue, his only answer was: "I sent you a video" and "you are new on Shopify"!. He got too personal and provided zero real assistance. When I expressed my frustration, his response was: "I’m not afraid of negative reviews." This alone tells you everything about the level of professionalism you can expect from this team. Avoid. P.S. The app owner's public response to this review is further proof. Rather than addressing the issues raised, he characterized my statement that I would leave an honest review to warn others — a standard consumer right — as a "threat." That reframing speaks for itself. Proceed with caution.

This app has done for us what no other app could. On top of the great flexibility of the app, the team has been so helpful. I have searched for months for an app that would solve my discounts problem. We often have orders that go over 35 line items, and the built-in Shopify automatic discounts stop working after 35 lines. This app solved that problem instantly. I also needed a little bit of help with the setup, and I got an answer within minutes from support. I have not explored the rest of the app, but I am excited to see what else we can do now that we have this app.

I'm trying to solve a problem that only this app could solve. I'm extremely happy with its functionality and practicality. My theme is exclusive to Shopify and it wasn't showing the discount line I needed because the theme structure didn't have the correct code in the cart to display it. So I sent an email to support and was promptly assisted with a plausible resolution to my problem. The support is incredible and very helpful. I highly recommend the app and the entire package. Hujjat went above and beyond for me to resolve a shipping issue by providing a detailed recap of what the issue was and what the resolve was and included a video (which I love for visual support!). He was very quick to respond to my email inquiry as well.
