When the video did not resolve the issue, his only answer was: "I sent you a video" and "you are new on Shopify"!. He got too personal and provided zero real assistance. When I expressed my frustration, his response was: "I’m not afraid of negative reviews." This alone tells you everything about the level of professionalism you can expect from this team. Avoid. P.S. The app owner's public response to this review is further proof. Rather than addressing the issues raised, he characterized my statement that I would leave an honest review to warn others — a standard consumer right — as a "threat."
