Poor, unprofessional customer support. Do not download this app. Customer support is unhelpful and unprofessional. Rep Hujjat sent a video instead of actually helping. When the video did not resolve the issue, his only answer was: "I sent you a video" and "you are new on Shopify"!. He got too personal and provided zero real assistance. When I expressed my frustration, his response was: "I’m not afraid of negative reviews." This alone tells you everything about the level of professionalism you can expect from this team. Avoid.
Thanks for the review. We do our best to help our customers. Glad you mentioned we recored a dedicated video for you. Yes, we do that plus we build custom features if required for our customers. But, we also expect you to corporate with us. You keep responding with capital letters "PLEASE SET UP WHAT REQUESTED!" We checked your store and no discount was created, you didn't provide any details on what part of the discount you couldn't setup. It looked you never tried and expect us to configure the discount without having collaborator access. The reason I said you seem to be new in Shopify is because you asked why I need access to your store for configuration. Again, you threaten us for writing negative review if we don't setup the discount. That's okay. If you ever need help in future, we're happy to help. Just communicate with our team what's the issue and which part of the discount you need help with. Thank you!
