The support team is very quick and provides accurate answers. The service also offers a good degree of flexibility, so most of the things I wanted to achieve were possible. Some of my very detailed preferences could not be realized due to the system’s specifications, but about 80% of what I wanted was achieved. I feel the pricing is fair, and overall this is an excellent app!

I just installed the POWR Survey app, so I’m still exploring its full potential, but I wanted to highlight the excellent support I received right from the start. Jamilya was very helpful during the setup process. She guided me step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was working correctly. Thank you!

It's a great app. We stopped sending surveys out a while ago so we had to cancel but if you are using surveys it does everything you need it to do. The Customer service on the app is also great they answer all your questions quickly with no hassle. Richcarde was amazing!

Great customer service! The only thing I would change for the free version is to bump up the number of responses to 50 instead of 25. Other than that this app is great!

I have been creating surveys using this app for a few years now. It works very well and allows for customization of all text and visuals. The customer service is excellent as well. Very good company.

I recently faced an issue with my account and reached out to the support team for assistance. The team was responsive and addressed my concerns. While the overall experience was positive and the problem was resolved, there were minor areas where improvements could be made for an even smoother experience. Nonetheless, I appreciate the support team's dedication and timely help. I would recommend their services to others and hope to see continual enhancements in the support process.

Easy to install, great support from Richcarde M. The survey form is very customizable and the popup option is a bonus I definitely recommend
