Ankit was super helpful setting up Bat Preorder for me. They sent me a message on Shopify while I was having some issues getting it to work. I added them as a collaborator and they got it working for me. I am super pleased with the support and the app. Thanks for everything!

We just started using this app, but so far as been a great onboarding experience with support pre-emptively contacting to see if there was anything they could help with. Minor issue that was resolved within 10 minutes (thanks, Vinay!). So far has been very easy to setup and user-friendly. Also using for back in stock notifications as Klaviyo-theme coding has not been working as well with frequent theme updates. So far, so good!

Vorbestellungen sind super einfach zum anlegen. Man kann alls Konfigurieren was nötig ist. Die App ist zwar auf Englisch und kann keine UTF 8 Zeichen (also kein ÖÄÜ) aber das kann verschmerzen. Für eine Kostenlose App absolut grandios.
