Beware of this app. I have concerns against the legitimacy of this app, as well as all the 5 star reviews. Immediately after installing the Dev contacted me in everyway possible. Directly through Shopify messaging, my email, my social media accounts, and even through my personal phone number (using WhatsApp no less). It was very strange and very spammy how quickly they got access to all my information, and how aggressively I was contacted. But of course, I looked past it being this was the only free Preorder app available with unlimited uses. Setting up preorder apps is a very easy process. If you've tried any others, you would see they have the same setup instructions. This app is no different. I followed the setup instructions the same way I've done all the others, yet for some reason this one doesn't work. Now since I have been contacted in every way under the sun, I knew who to reach out to if I had any issues. So I did. If you look at the reviews, most mention needing troubleshooting, and that [blank] was very helpful, fixed all issues immediately, etc. Now again all of these apps are extremely easy to set up, but somehow the Dev had no idea what could be the issue, even with every review mentioning not being able to set it up without help. Here is where my alarm bells went off for the second time: The Dev was asking for Collaboration Permissions to be able to fix my store. That there was no way to know what the issue is, and they need to get into my store to be able to fix it. How very strange. This was after I received a message mentioning the Dev could solve any issues I had in return for a good rating. It leads me to believe that there is a known error in the code, that only the Dev can fix. I have installed a handful of Shopify apps before, with no issues. Never have I been contacted to such an extent, unprompted might I add. And never have been asked to give collab permissions. All of this seems very off to me. Install at your own risk. Maybe I am being too paranoid, but I refuse to take any chances. Please be careful.

I was unfortunately unable to install the app. Clicking the "Next" button on the very first installation step did nothing, and I never got a response to my email to the developers. The other reviews mention great customer service, but that's not my experience.

Terrible app. I download this app for my store on a Saturday. Only to have my privacy invaded by messages on my customer message portal. So unprofessional and there is better apps out there. 
Avoid. I wish I had never downloaded this app. I have deleted it and I am still being harassed via my chat on my website. They do not respect personal boundaries and they are abusing my chat function. Stay away from this app and don’t use it. They don’t leave you alone. The harassment continues and i have woken up to yet another abusive message on the chat function of my website. This Company needs to learn about boundaries and not harass people on a Saturday. A lot of people work and do updates on a Saturday and i don’t expect to be hounded. I had a message from someone called Sam P this time,i won't post the content here as it's offensive. This company is bullying me due to the fact i left a review. I thought reviews were suppost to be an honest experience and i am only sharing mine. If the harassment and bullying doesn't stop i will be taking this further and going to the police. Stay away from this app as you get hounded and they don’t know when enough is enough. I have had messages from 3 separate people since i made the mistake of downloading this app. Don't make the same mistake i made you end up getting bullied and the harassment is awful. I have been accused by Sam P of being start up, when i actually was doing my buiness long before i built my own website. This company has zero respect and the constant messges are classed as harrassing. I have been accused of ruining the business when they contected me without my consent on a Saturday.This company has no respect for boundries and shows no respect. Don't make the same mistake i did of downloading this app, you get bullied and abused on emails and it is so unprofessional.
