Terrible app. I download this app for my store on a Saturday. Only to have my privacy invaded by messages on my customer message portal. So unprofessional and there is better apps out there. Avoid. I wish I had never downloaded this app. I have deleted it and I am still being harassed via my chat on my website. They do not respect personal boundaries and they are abusing my chat function. Stay away from this app and don’t use it. They don’t leave you alone. The harassment continues and i have woken up to yet another abusive message on the chat function of my website. This Company needs to learn about boundaries and not harass people on a Saturday. A lot of people work and do updates on a Saturday and i don’t expect to be hounded. I had a message from someone called Sam P this time,i won't post the content here as it's offensive. This company is bullying me due to the fact i left a review. I thought reviews were suppost to be an honest experience and i am only sharing mine. If the harassment and bullying doesn't stop i will be taking this further and going to the police. Stay away from this app as you get hounded and they don’t know when enough is enough. I have had messages from 3 separate people since i made the mistake of downloading this app. Don't make the same mistake i made you end up getting bullied and the harassment is awful. I have been accused by Sam P of being start up, when i actually was doing my buiness long before i built my own website. This company has zero respect and the constant messges are classed as harrassing. I have been accused of ruining the business when they contected me without my consent on a Saturday.This company has no respect for boundries and shows no respect. Don't make the same mistake i did of downloading this app, you get bullied and abused on emails and it is so unprofessional. The Protection from Harassment Act 1997 is a UK law that makes it a criminal offense to engage in a "course of conduct" that amounts to harassment of another person. This behaviour must occur on at least two occasions and includes actions intended to cause alarm or distress, such as following, contacting, or cyberstalking someone. The law provides both criminal and civil remedies, including criminal prosecution and civil injunctions. Key aspects of the Act Definition of harassment: Harassment is defined as a course of conduct that causes the victim alarm or distress. "Course of conduct": This refers to behaviour that happens on more than one occasion, although the actions do not have to be identical each time. Scope of behaviour: The Act covers a wide range of actions, including but not limited to: Sending texts, voicemails, or emails Making threatening comments Loitering outside a home or workplace Monitoring internet or electronic communications Cyberstalking Criminal offence: A person must not pursue a course of conduct that amounts to harassment and which they know, or ought to know, amounts to harassment.

Great customer service! I had some issues trying to set up the app and they responded in less than 1 minute. Also, the assistant ho helped me was very friendly and took all the time needed to fully understand what my issue was. I'm still not sure whether the app will be compatible with my store, but if this is the level of customer service they provide I'm sure they will be able to make it work.

Support from these guys was outstanding. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement! We required a LOT of custom work to be done to make sure the Pre-Order Bat fitted the look that we required for our Shopify theme. All requested were met (and there was a lot of requests!). The result was exactly what we asked for and it was a real pleasure communicating back and forward with Ankit and the Pre-Order Bat team! Look forward to seeing the results this App will bring to our sales! So if you are looking for the best Pre-order App, This is it!

I only downloaded this app today, its easy to navigate, I had a few issues getting the preorder button to work and customer service helped get this done straight away, I'm very happy with this app
