Excellent support and easy setup! I recently installed Bat Preorder and was a bit unsure about the initial settings. I reached out via chat, and Vinay was incredibly helpful and responsive. He walked me through the entire process using clear instructions and screenshots, making the setup seamless. I’m all set and looking forward to running my first preorder!

Sameer was SUPER helpful! I was having issues with my preorder glitching in my store after a lot of trial and error(ALOT!) we discovered the quantity bundle in the Bundler app was causing a conflict.

Looks great, we are new to the app but so far it's been great and awesome advice from Vinay which really helps.
