Great support. Fixed the problem.

The app is pretty easy to figure out. It works better with some themes than others but the tech support is fantastic and they were able to help me shake out the few small issues with my theme selection. Sam and Vinay were super helpful getting my preorder setup dialed in!

Bat Preorder has been amazing! I had a few questions during setup, and Vinay was incredibly responsive — answered everything quickly and helped me get it up and running in no time. The support was top-notch, and I really appreciate that it’s a free app. Don’t walk… run to install! Highly recommend!

They are great to work with. Pretty easy setup, and customer support was very prompt when writing back. They were courteous and helped me with an adjustment issue to display the Pre-Order button more properly. :)

The setup was incredible easy for basic pre-order functionality and the customer support was instant. In a see of freemium apps with limits, this was exactly what I was looking for.
