I’ve been watching YouTube videos trying to set up a pre order on my shopify store. I have the dawn theme. After failing a few times, I decided to try an app. This one was the first I tried, and it seems to be just what I needed. I am excited to give this a go. Great customer service! I had some issues trying to set up the app and they responded in less than 1 minute. Also, the assistant ho helped me was very friendly and took all the time needed to fully understand what my issue was. I'm still not sure whether the app will be compatible with my store, but if this is the level of customer service they provide I'm sure they will be able to make it work.
