Great app! Highly recommend

We just started using this app, but so far as been a great onboarding experience with support pre-emptively contacting to see if there was anything they could help with. Minor issue that was resolved within 10 minutes (thanks, Vinay!). So far has been very easy to setup and user-friendly. Also using for back in stock notifications as Klaviyo-theme coding has not been working as well with frequent theme updates. So far, so good!

Vorbestellungen sind super einfach zum anlegen. Man kann alls Konfigurieren was nötig ist. Die App ist zwar auf Englisch und kann keine UTF 8 Zeichen (also kein ÖÄÜ) aber das kann verschmerzen. Für eine Kostenlose App absolut grandios.

Easy and fast interaction, perfect support

Ankit was fast and knowledgable and helped me with understanding the program as well as how to fix any issues.

Having to get a new website platform so close to the holidays, I do not have a lot of extra brain capacity to set something up and I was extremely overwhelmed. I had originally downloaded a different pre-sale app and just struggled with it, so I switched to Bat Preorder and so far it has been so easy to use and any questions that I had, I had taken care of right away! 10/10 would recommend!
