I have just started using this app, it was very simple to get my products setup for pre order. I made a silly mistake of not activating the app, I thought I had but I had not saved my activation. This created an issue where my out of stock items showed as in stock but there was no preorder option available. I got onto the customer service chat and Rosie very quickly helped me out and got it running perfectly. So far I am very happy with everything I have seen of this app.
