We had installed the PreOrder App and ran into some challenges with implementation, then the plugin offered a chat support option. I never expect much from support, but this was different! Helen was a legend and helped me to fix the issue and get going with my PreOrders super fast! An experience like that set a very good start and knowing that there are some amazing people on the other end willing to help! Thanks Helen and thanks Globo for this amzing experience!
