I had a problem with my preorder button when i was using the filters. I contacted Globo and i got a super fast response! This morning i got an email from Helen saying the problem was solved and if i could double check it. Everything works perfectly fine now! Globo is a very easy app to use for stores like me that offer allot of preorders and i highly recommend it! The free option is also a great way to start as a small business owner!
