1. Ensure in Shopify product inventory "track qty & continue selling out of stock" is CHECKED. 2. In the Globo App under "Products" remember to click the "wrench" to the far right of the product to customize the pre-order button "text" and "message" shown to the customer when they "hover over" the pre-order button. 3. Remember to "enable" the timer, setting date/time only will not activate the function. It is flawless!!! I LOVE THIS APP!!! It is "the most useful" app in my store & I have much gratitude for its function during Covid-19. Kindest regards Team Globo!!!!
