This app has reduced our customer emails asking whether a product is in stock or not by a huge margin, as well as helped us in ordering new product as we know if the product was a pre-order or not on the invoice. Not only that, but the support has been extremely quick and helpful. Really happy with this app. Sarah N. has been helping me out and she is great. Maybe I'm just a bit slow, but the app wasn't completely intuitive, but thankfully with the support, we were able to work through my questions in short order.
