The app works great, but more importantly, the support is out-of-this-world amazing - even while I was on the trial version. They've made multiple adjustments to make the app work perfectly with my theme, and they're always kind and quick to respond. I wish they were the creators of every app. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I cannot begin to explain how great the company/customer service is behind this app. They have been extremely helpful with both setup and fixing an issue I ran into. If I had to compare their customer service I'd say its like AMEX.. its amazing. Great app and easy to customize/use!

Difficult to set up. No help for 24 hours or more. I gave it ONE star but the system didn't let me post the review until I changed the rating....The lack of integrity speaks out loud.

Works like a bag of shit, botched a launched of a product we were looking forward to launching and has issues when trying to access it within Shopify. Something about "Fortescue Pre-Order Sales is currently unsupported" Trying to downgrade the payment, and it's taking me to some strange coding page instead.

Ran into a problem with this app. When you check the box on Shopify to "sell when items are out of stock", the app unchecks this box when you mark items through the app as being available again. If you're unaware that this happens then all of your stock will still be set to pre-order through Shopify and customers can't purchase them. Apps shouldn't control your store settings, so will be uninstalling and looking for something else. Took a very long time to figure out the app was causing this problem.
