Have tested a couple of pre-order apps, this one is affordable and allows a trial which is always a bonus + 1 free product plan! You can stop at any time and are not tied in. The team are responsive and helpful to attend to any issues. Easy to navigate and does what I need it to do. Happy to continue to use this app.

I've been using Shopify for many years and it has to be the worst experience with an app I ever had. I installed the app and it did not update my theme to show the pre-order button. It is kind of expected because they do mention in their support document to send them an email when that happens and they can fix it to be sure it integrates with your theme. Sent an email. Shikha did NOT help, she kept sending me irrelevant support articles and then just ghosted me. Instead I tried the chat box with Abuzar. While he did understand the problem, he was unable to fix it. He said he would let their dev team know, but then, no answer, and nothing was fixed. End result is that I had the app installed for a full week, nothing is working, and nobody is helping. This app is a true waste of time, go check one of the other pre-order apps on the App Store because this one has entirely given up on their customers. It's too bad because I have multiple stores and use pre-order regularly, I would have been a paid customer for years. Glad I just tested with 1 product before I committed to it.

Pain to set up and support just send endless article links. Have given up with this app. I've used pre order apps in the past and they were far easier.

Easy to work with support desk when I had a question while setting up app. A parent product counts only as (1) of your allotted products, which is nice since if you have 2 our of 5 color variants set to pre-order, if they are under the same listing if only counts against your limit once. Interface is a little limited (only able to view 5 items at a time in your catalogue without searching, search bar does not do predictive text), but enabling pre-order for variants is intuitive. Have not yet tried out the option for "multiple selling plans" for an item, but seems like a nice feature. Not sure if there is an automation for the "Pre-order" button to appear once stock runs out, or if it will require manually setting each time.

Customer service is trash. Couldn't tell you if the actual service is nice because I never got it to render.

I've had the app for about 2 weeks now and it has helped me get a few extra orders. I wasnt sure if it would really help but its increased sales by about 20% so far and clients generally dont mind waiting because its very clear that they are placing a back order.

I was having some difficulty with a product that had multiple variants and I couldn't find the product in the list on the app. I contacted the support team via the chat. THEY ARE AMAZING. They treated my request quickly and enabled my product for Pre-order and took the time to explain everything afterwards (with screen shots) and even mentionned I could always just contact them again for help. Thanks so much for your help Satendra! I really do recommend this app if you have pre-orders to manage on your shop. It's an easier process than other apps I have tried.
