I just downloaded this and reached out to customer service. They got me up and running in no time. I really liked that for one product there was no fee so I could truly test this out vs some of the other apps. Looking forward to using it more

Incredibly easy to install and customise. Support team were fantastic, solved my 1 minor issue within just 3 minutes. Could not recommend highly enough for anyone wishing to introudce a pre order feature to their store.

I had a problem with the reservation button not showing up. I contacted them via chat and had it resolved within 10 minutes.

I am still new and testing it but so far I think it works pretty well. I had a small issue on getting the button to show on my store front but it was easily solved when I contacted support which was an error on my end. The support team is super responsive and I think this is a great app to have attached to your store. I am looking forward to using the service fully.

So stellt man sich Service vor, es ist immer instant jemand erreichbar der alle Probleme innerhalb weniger Minuten lösen kann und einem sogar erklärt woran es lag. Ich nutze mehrere Appikon Apps und habe immer die gleiche positive Erfahrung gemacht. Die Apps sind von ihrem Aufbau und ihrer Möglichkeit alles anzupassen auch toll. Die Leute stehen zu ihrer Arbeit.

Preorder button wasn't showing, they fixed it. Then it wasnt working, they fixed. All very quickly. Thanks!

Very easy install had a little trouble finding the pre-sale button on my store. However, I reached out for app support and Abuzar responded within a minute and had the problem resolved with 5 mins. Looking forward to using this app for my store.

Awesome app with great customer service. In less than 2 minutes they had fixed my settings which I had wrongly set up. All in the free version/trial of this plan. Highly recommended

I like the service it allows you to list pre ordered products. this is my first time using such and app so I'm hoping it drives in sales. I also saw there's other services that are offered might give those ca try also. I had a question the rep was quick to fix the problem I will refer them to other boutique owners.

Wow, this app is so much easier to use & the help I got with setting up was incredible. Very straight forward & easy steps. There is nothing worse then having to spend more time trying to work out an app with everything else you have to do but these guys made it so easy. Thank you!!! Highly recommend this app :)

Seriously impressive customer service. I actually only needed one item for now so I went with the free version. Like some of the other reviewers, I had trouble getting things set up properly at first. I sent an email last night hoping to hear back from them in the morning. I received a response in no time from Abuzar. He was incredibly helpful, easy to communicate with & had my problem resolved by the time I woke up the next morning. All with only the free app version. I will happily go with the paid version of this app once I need to add more products.
