I did had some issues on how to set up using the pre-order app. The best part was that the customer service was able to walk me through the step to get it up and running. Realizing I did miss 2 steps to get everything working again, the app was easy to use. Thank you again Shikha from customer support for being patient with me. Great Job!!

So far so good! I had a problem within a few minutes of starting my first pre-order, but they fixed it immediately.

This app is a game changer! I love how simple it is to use, and the customer service is outstanding. Almost everything is customizable and if you run into any issues their dev team will help fix it for you. Definitely recommend this app if you're looking to add the pre-order feature to your store.

This App does exactly what I needed it to. The customer support was amazing. Definitely recommend this app. Revised; App stopped working after an update and support was slow in fixing it/

Trust me, I took the trouble to test several pre-order plugins in the shopify app store, kept downloading and uninstalling in disappointment because many plugins were not compatible with my theme or product pages I made with Gempage! But this plugin does it! And fast reply! Don't worry about the different time zones! Here I especially thank Zia for her help! Patiently and flawlessly helped me achieve my work!

This app has been helpful with setting up my pre orders, It is very easy to use and customer support is amazing. I had a question about the app and Satendra was so helpful, he answered every question and guided me to the right direction.

Easy to use app, and perfect for small businesses. I got some issue with the Pre-order button not showing up and other things, contact their team and Satendra helped me right away. Super friendly and solved my problem in a couple minutes

Excellent support. Quick and knowledgeable responses. App works well. Needs a couple of improvements like the ability to quickly see which items are on preorder. Right now you have to manually track. Support said that is on the next update. Very easy to use other than that. I like it. Will update to 5 stars when the update comes through.

Great app. Easy to get set-up same day. We had an issue when trying to remove the Pre-Order functionality on products later and the support team was helpful and quick.
