VivaRays review for Prediko Inventory Management

Really straightforward app for managing demand forecasting and planning. Installation and configuration when connected to a Shopify storefront is quite easy, and there's a good set of documentation and learning resources available in the app. The real standout though is the exceptional chat-based support team. Many companies shy away from realtime help in favour of AI, email tickets, and self-serve options. Speaking to a team directly which knows the product and understands inventory management is worth its weight in gold. The only drawbacks for me are that the solution (currently) doesn't support blanket purchasing or shipment plans, which are essential when a part of your supply chain involves manufacturers holding stock at their facility and replenishing your last mile hubs upon demand, to optimize distribution costs. But for more straightforward supply chains, this solution is outstanding—I highly recommend.
