It's useful. If youre needing lots of additional useful filters/reports or ways to sort your inventory for reordering, its quite useful. With that said, I ran into a series of odd bugs that would sometimes not display items that... seemingly, should be appearing. Not a dealbreaker, but something to watch out for-- that the filters dont always do exactly what youd expect, prob a result of a faily complex set of logic filters. The biggest problem with the software for me, was the price. $120/mo is, in my opinion, an absurd ask for our situation. My most expensive other app gives a full GUI interface for adjusting the website, and costs $28/mo. It's just hard to justify doubling the price of the website for some new reports/ways to look at inventory. Plus, we seemed to just be caught in a scenario where we made just enough to get the tier with the least competitive pricing. If we made a little bit less, our rate would drop to about 0.15% cost per dollar... and if we ever got to the next rate, it would START at about 0.1% cost per gross dollar made... and our plan currently is about 0.3% per dollar. So, we're just kind of trapped at a bad rate by arbitrary and dramatic tier rates... I mentioned this to support, and they were basically just like: sorry. Me too.
