Shortly after we started using Notify on our Shopify store to handle our pre-orders, we encountered a compatibility issue with another one of our installed apps. The Notify team was quick to respond, providing a fix through the app's built-in chat service. Their technical skill was matched by their excellent customer service, attentive and friendly in every interaction. While we've only been using Notify for a short time, the customer service we've received has been impressive.
