Great support experience! Special thanks to Nilou for being so patient, responsive, and helpful. She quickly helped me resolve the Low Stock Alert issue and also assisted with customizing the icon style and display position to better match our website. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Really appreciate Nilou’s support and highly recommend the app!
The App takes a little getting used to and navigating your way around, but don't be afraid to reach out to customer service. Miles, was a fantastic help! Their quesitonaire about the issues your facing looks a little skeptical at first (their AI agent) but you have to trust that it'll get you to the right person and the right team member! Miles had my issues solved promptly and was extremely pleasant. With this convenience and friendliness while staying professional, it's hard to give it anything other than 5 stars. I will be inquiring if I have any further issues without hesitation.
