Initially, this is a solid app that easily plugged into our current theme, the customizations work well, and the app itself is easy to navigate and use. Set up was quick. For us, there is a MAJOR drawback when using the pre-order app -- and that is, Notify Me (preorder) does NOT work with site-wide Shopify discounts. For example, of you are running a site-wide Buy X Get Y discount, your items available for pre-order CANNOT be included in this promotion. In our case, this lead to lost revenue, abandoned carts, and hours of additional customer service time responding to frustrated customers. This would be such an easy integration for Notify Me to make that its surprising that they have not done so by now. Other pre-order apps (with fewer features than Notify Me) do this seamlessly.

The app is confusing buyers. It shows Notify me even when there is products in stock, and they're filling in notify me without understanding they can buy it right away. It should only show when there is no stock left.

Surprisingly buggy and although support is very helpful, it can take a long time for simple problems (like pre-orders not being tagged properly) to get resolved. And this week we got given a little over a month's notice to move to a new pricing structure, which will eventually doubles the price to $500/month. That's very very expensive for this kind of app, especially when it doesn't always work as expected.

Since it's updated it's not working anymore!!! I have tried so many times so find a contact page to get help but the only thing they offer is FAQ.

Having a free plan but then having an incredibly limited use of the app with the free plan seems really anti-consumer. It feels like it's meant as a way to force someone to move into a paid plan. Y'all should remove the preorder limit from free plans, as limiting preorder sales to 5 sales for one of your main features is just pointless, and doesn't make me want to pay for premium.

app works but for $70/month it's clinically insane. Drop the freaking price.

Great idea for the app but i am cancelling as i feel like the constant emails of upgrading and the action required emails are very off-putting. I feel like no matter what plan you are on, they will tell you its not good enough until you are on the highest one.
