We've been using Notify me for around a year now. Although we don't use all of it's features we're super happy with the "back in stock" function. It actually makes a lot of sales for us and helps us decide what products we should order more of. Their team is also really helpful and efficient when you need help or want to make customisations to the app! Ben - The Soho Movement

I switched to Notify! for my preorder campaign because I was not super happy with the app I was previously using. Setup was easy and Grace helped me customize settings to better fit my needs and the look of my website. Thank you!

Was contacted immediately once the app was installed letting me know they can make customizations. Took them up on the offer and Nilou within minutes adjusted the buttons to better suit our needs.

Nous avons installé l’application Notify Me sur notre boutique Shopify et l’intégration s’est globalement très bien passée. Au début, nous avons rencontré trois petits problèmes techniques, mais le support a été très réactif. Ils ont pris le temps de comprendre chaque point et nous ont accompagné jusqu’à la résolution complète. Aujourd’hui tout fonctionne correctement, notamment la fonctionnalité de précommande, et l’expérience est fluide aussi bien côté équipe que côté client. Très bon support et solution efficace.

Luna from the Notify Me app support team was incredibly helpful and responsive. She answered all my questions clearly, guided me through setup, and made sure everything worked perfectly on my store. Her support was friendly, professional, and very quick. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service — Luna truly made the experience smooth and stress-free. Highly appreciate her help and highly recommend this app because of support like hers!
