Been testing this app this week, so far it's been a great experience on our website. It's been able to help us get data on which products that customers want to have back in stock. Also, I've needed a fix on an email template and Nilou was able to assist me within a few minutes. Great support thus far!

Great app and excellent customer support. Nilou helped me quickly and personally with a specific translation issue in my German store and even looked for a temporary workaround while the technical team works on a permanent fix. Very helpful, friendly and solution-oriented support — highly recommended.

Really happy with the Notify! Back in Stock app and the support behind it. Grace was fantastic to work with today - her customer service and support was top notch, she sorted out the display issues we were having very quickly and explained how to fix in future. It's refreshing to get this level of personal service these days, and it makes all the difference. Highly recommend the app and the team. Thank you Grace, for being a delight!

Great tool and great team! We had a bug that we couldn't figure out and Notify's team got on it right away! Also, special shout-out to Stella who took care of some advanced customization for us in a matter of minutes and had the BEST energy!
