As mentioned in the email we sent you about the retirement of your old Premium plan, “We wanted to share an important update — your Premium plan will be retired on November 30.” In that same message, we offered two options: Upgrade to a higher plan with a 65% discount for 12 months, unlocking more features and higher usage limits if upgraded before the end of October. Stay on an equivalent plan (the new Rocket plan) with a 12.54% early-bird discount for a year if switched before October ended. The Rocket plan — which replaces your previous Premium plan — is $99.90/month, and with the early-bird discount, it would have been approximately $87/month. The $500/month plan you mentioned refers to a different, higher-tier plan (Notify Me Plus), and we understand how this might have caused some misunderstanding.
