Pearl was by far the best online customer service rep I've ever worked with. Not only did she help with questions, she also provided suggestions and feedback. WOW WOW WOW! Absolutely amazing. Customer service should be modeled after her cause it is truly top notch. I am extremely happy and never thought I could experience this level of professionalism and timely responses and care.
