Hi GMT Beauty, I get where you’re coming from. If how emails look and what language they’re sent in is important to you, then it has to feel right — otherwise the whole thing just doesn’t work, no matter what the feature does. We’ve heard this kind of feedback more than a few times, and it’s something we’re actively working on improving, both on the customization side and how things are set up from the start.
