Cooler Racks review for Notify Me! Back in Stock Alert

So I had a Billing problem and was told it would be taken car of, well it wasn't. I found out when i got home from work and was furious and so upset until I talked with a Notify me Assistant nby the name of Grace ! She held my hand and walked me threw the options of fixing it I was leary at first and she reassured me she was there to help take care of my problem immediately and that's what she did ! I am very grateful i got her and not another person . By the time we were done I told her she needs a raise and the she was very patient and understanding and did a great job helping me with my problem, thanks again Grace Your A Winner !
