We had some trouble with our pre-order setup—some products were still showing as "Sold Out" instead of "Pre-Order." This was a big issue for us, so we reached out to support. Eva responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. She checked everything, found that the "Continue selling when out of stock" setting was disabled and guided us on how to fix it. The whole process was smooth and fast! Eva explained everything clearly, and within no time, our issue was resolved. Now, our pre-orders are working perfectly, and we don’t have to worry about losing sales when stock runs out. The app itself is great, easy to use, and does exactly what we need. I’m incredibly pleased with the support I received from PreOrder Wolf! I reached out because I was having trouble activating the app on my website it just wasn’t appearing as expected. Worked pretty well for us for about 8 months, but a crazy price rise by the provider on transactions has caused us to leave...for a small business the fees were just ridiculous.
