We had a a small issue with customers only being able to pay by Apple Pay on our pre-sale products and the pre-sale button not coming up on the collection pages. Eva sorted this out in hours and the app is currently working seamlessly. Thank you.

Super easy to install. It didn't initially work due to the code of an "uninstalled" different but similar app, but within 24 hours of reaching out to customer service it was fixed and working like a charm.

Easy to use, straightforward onboarding and WAY easier than trying to manage pre-orders myself! 5 stars, highly recommend!

Other apps needed onbaording, this is so simple to use have not set it live yet but the function of setting up has been good so far

Amazing support by Eva, they even created features for us that weren't part of the initial app. The app was completely free but now it pays, which still is a good deal based on the features and service we get back.

No problems with it so far! It's been helpful for preorder launches in the past. Just re-installed it for the 2nd time. Would recommend.

So easy, no nonsense, and exactly what I needed! As a small business with not much capital, I appreciate this app being available for free when other apps charge so much. EDIT: NO LONGER FREE. After the update the app is no longer free so honestly I take back my previous review. The plans now offered are just as expensive as everyone else, and the base 4.99 plan limits you to $500 in revenue per month. If you have more than one preorder product in your store, this is easily surpassed which means the only viable plans are the $20 or $119 a month...

So far set up has been super easy. Instructions are straight forward. The process took me all of ten minutes and I am excited to get my products on pre order.

Eva resolved my issue after setup quickly and without fuss. The app allows me to set pre-orders automatically when products go out of stock, something I couldn't find with other apps. Thanks!

So far so good! I have a pre-order product launch tomorrow and had to go through two other apps before landing on this one. It's so dang simple that even a tired, middle-aged female could do it in the middle of the night ;)

Seems like it works so far. I can't believe it's a free app honestly! It's straight forward and simple, probably what you want if you're running a business.
