Works out of the box, fast easy setup, does the job intended. You can customize button text to add additional info if needed.

So simple. So intuative. And it's free? It worked right away and gave you a list of options to customize your experience. I wish I can give it 6 stars.

I only just installed the app and was not seeing the Add to Cart change to Pre-Order. I was able to use the chat and receive help to fix it right away. I had tried to use chat a couple nights ago with no response, so was glad to receive a response so quickly as I preferred to use this app for ease of use for my needs.

Love how this app is so simple to use! I was just on a different pre-order app and it was very confusing and I spent a lot of time for nothing.

Oh wow. I wish EVERY app developer was this prompt at fixing apps - like within a minute of using the live chat after adding preorder to the first product! I have installed PreOrder Now PreSale Wolf with www.myeventdecor.com.au, www.brightonhousedecor.com.au and www.palatableteatowels.com.au. I wish I had discovered this preorder app sooner. I'd recommend it to anyone

Simple app, but it seems to work well! It didn't work when I first installed it, but I contacted their support and they answered quickly. They said they had to make a "very small tweak" to get it to work on my site. Not sure what the problem was, but it seems to be working alright now.

Best app so far for having a pre-order option. Had a small problem with setting it up, contacted support, in 5 seconds they answered and in 30 seconds everything was fixed. Absolutely brilliant. I can highly recommend this app for anyone wanting to have a pre-order option. Easy to use, clear instructions and settings, and support absolutely top.

Update: We see now the issue is solved. Please update this review to reflect your current experience with the app. _________ Ok I checked. I am really sorry for your experience. But its a misunderstanding. You installed another preorder app too "Preorder Bear" You removed product from our app. But it was added in their app. So it led to confusion. We checked the html code and it says "cb-preorder" this is not our code. But of another company "Preorder Bear by Conversion Bear" Both our app and our competitors app work fine. It was just a small misunderstanding. Please delete their app and your issue will resolve. If it doesn't we are here for a video call support too. Also please delete this review as our app was working like it should it was a misunderstanding. Thank you we have also emailed you.
