We had some trouble with our pre-order setup—some products were still showing as "Sold Out" instead of "Pre-Order." This was a big issue for us, so we reached out to support. Eva responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. She checked everything, found that the "Continue selling when out of stock" setting was disabled and guided us on how to fix it. The whole process was smooth and fast! Eva explained everything clearly, and within no time, our issue was resolved. Now, our pre-orders are working perfectly, and we don’t have to worry about losing sales when stock runs out. The app itself is great, easy to use, and does exactly what we need. But what stands out is the amazing support. Having a team that responds quickly and solves issues efficiently makes all the difference.
