Easy and quick to install. Covers pretty much the basic functions needed to manage pre-orders in an online store. EDIT: I just reached out with their support and it was amazing. They were responsive and very easy to work with.

The app is very simple and easy to use, although it doesn't have much function, it is good just to make pre-order button. I love their fast service and very helpful.

I think set up is meant to be easy but the questions are odd! They make no sense if you have a store and only want a couple of items on Pre-order. So I contacted customer support who helped me choose A,B or C. App then froze and I could not delete! I contacted shopify to help because Panda customer service just stopped. Saw this as a sign. Sorry guys :(

I've just installed it but it looks to be super easy and exactly what I was looking for so that my customers know they are preordering a product that isn't in stock but will be soon or is made to order!

The customer service was friendly, but there was no way to set an expected shipping window for my customers.
Update: I have emailed you. Please respond. We have fixed the issue. However you have uninstalled our app hence we can't help you right now. ------------ It's sad we couldn't help you immediately. Those delivery information in the checkout are pushed by USPS. Something our app can't control. But we are still working on to find a way to do this. Will get in touch with you when we find a way. And give you a reason to rate us 5 star. Thank you.

So happy with this app. It's simple to use, fully integrated to Shopify and the help is quick! I am a complete Shopify newbie, and Eva was so helpful in getting my pre-order set up just right, when I had no clue what I was doing. Would recommend to everyone!
