I had an issue with discount codes not working on my pre-order products, and there was some unwanted text showing under the pre-order button on our site. I reached out to the PreOrder Wolf team because the pre-order button wasn’t showing up on my website. My customers were only seeing the “Buy it Now” button instead, which was causing confusion when it came to pre-order items. I had a specific request regarding the PreOrder Wolf app for my store, and Eva from the support team handled it wonderfully! I wanted to change the default message that appeared when customers added a pre-order product to their cart. Instead of the generic "Type: Preorder" message, I wanted a more detailed and personalized message in Spanish, letting customers know when their entire order would be shipped if it included pre-order products. Eva responded promptly to my query and worked closely with the team to make the necessary changes. She kept me updated and reassured me that the team was working on my request. Soon after, I received an email confirming that the update had been made. When I checked the app, the new message was exactly as I had requested

I've been setting up my Shopify store and recently came across this app, which has been a game-changer for managing out-of-stock products with a "pre-order" option. Initially, everything worked smoothly with my first product, but when I added two more products, I encountered an issue these new products didn't display the "pre-order" option when their stock was zero. Instead, they just showed as "sold out," which was not what I wanted. Frustrated and unsure what I was doing wrong, I reached out to the app’s customer support. I was fortunate enough to connect with Eva, and from the very start, her assistance was nothing short of amazing. She quickly understood the problem and provided clear, step-by-step instructions on what needed to be done. The app is rather straight-forward and does what it claims to do. Eva and her team were an incredible help in getting my shop setup correctly. Having a functioning app to facilitate my mostly made-to-order small business is very important to me - and not easy to to find. These guys are the shiz, love the app. Gagan at PreOrder Wolf was great and was happy to help me out with any issues that came up. The only issue was a small conflict with another app and they solved it quickly for me. Highly recommend. Simple and effective app and helps you sell pre-orders really well. There are so many PreOrder solutions in the Shopify App Store it's hard to know which one is legit. This one seemed to be the simplest and most appropriate for the majority of users and it has best practices built in. My favorite is the Ron Popeil set it and forget it setting. Once you determine a product needs to be setup for preorder, you can just select it for Preorder and then select it to switch to PreOrder whenever it's out of stock! That way anytime you have out of stocks you're ready to take Preorders. Boom! Thanks again to my boy Gagan over there, much appreciated.
