I could not figure out how to limit the number of pre-orders that can be placed, and when I tried to contact chat for support, the whole page errored out with a 500 error.

Très pratique et facile d'utilisation. L'assistance répond rapidement et peut modifier des choses pour vous. Seul petit bémol, le manque d'accès au niveau de la personnalisation (design, etc).

Our store has recently implemented Preorder Wolf and we are very appreciative of the opportunity to capture sales in a legitimate, integrated way that might have otherwise would be lost opportunities. We frequently have warehouse & shipping disruptions or unexpected product sell-outs. About half our business is from a product catalog mailed to customers. When overseas container shipments don't align with a catalog drop due to unforseen circumstances, it reflects poorly on our reputation and sales. This app enables us to capture the sales and keep the revenue flowing. Our web team has been able to train customer service staff how to add items to PreOrder easily from the Shopify dashboard; I cannot find sufficient words to describe how helpful it is that this app made it so approachable and easy. Everyone can use it, not just us web designers and store developers.

So far app is working fine. Support is professional and prompt. Eve was very responsive and helpful. We are only at the beginning of using their services, but we are satisfied.

I applaud the fact that this is a free app (at least when we trialled it), but we discovered a bit of a show-stopper when using themes that allow you to add products from outside of the actual product page - for example themes that allow you to add an item from a thumbnail on a home page or collection page. If a customer does this to a product with zero inventory it still allows the product to be added to cart without idenitifying as a pre-order. So the customer thinks they're ordering something that's in stock! Raised this with them, and no answer after 30 hours. I'll be uninstalling. Shame as it looked promising...

Ha dejado de funcionar la app. Me pone 404 Not found nginx/1.18.0 (Ubuntu)...todo iba bien hasta que ya no se abrió más.
