The team were great. I installed the app and needed some assistance in getting the functionality to work correctly with our custom theme. The team had the issue resolved in less than 90 seconds and we we're able to launch pre orders in line with our timeframes and requirements. Very convenient for products we have yet to release. Setup was easy but there was an issue because we use a custom theme. Luckily support was very quick to help fix the problem. Highly recommend this app.

This was so easy and efficient. I was having an issue with how to structure my sites for pre-orders the night before launch and Eva came in and saved the day. She is amazing and so so helpful! I 100% recommend this app!

I have just been on the chat facility with Eva who, I must say was exemplary, She was extremely helpful and sorted out the problems that I had encountered even though it was my own mistake. She is a credit to the Customer Service Team and although it is too early to comment on the app, I feel sure that, should I have have any problems in the future, they will have it sorted out fast and in an efficient manner. Based on the Customer Service, I would definitely recommend Preorder Wolf to other Shopify Store Holders
