Had an issue with the app not working with my theme. I typically would have deleted the app and tried a different one, but their customer support worked quick to get it resolved in minimal time.

I was having trouble with a couple of other pre-order apps and just needed something simple. This app does the job and Eva was super quick with helping me fix a minor issue.

Once I had installed the app it wasn't working correctly. I send a message via chat support and Eva assisted me and fixed the issue within a couple of minutes. Fantastic customer service thank you.

We have a custom theme which needed some slight tweeking. Eva was amazing. She responded super quickly and had the app working perfectly in a few minutes. This app will now allow us to accept backorders in those rare occasions our incoming stock is running late.

Customer service was exceptional, all my concerns were promptly resolved. I am astonished at the speed that a real person leapt to assist me. Great app, would recommend. My only feedback is more customization options within settings.

A very simple and effective tool for pre-order functionality. Does what it's supposed to do without a million unnecessary features. Highly recommended.
