PreOrder me works great and the support is also very helpful and responsive. We had a small issue when we first started using the app but the support team helped us fix it within an hour. Definitely recommended!

Superb customer service - had a small issue and the team resolved it in hours. My theme issue but they sorted it quickly. Back end works like a dream and very flexible.

Installed this app because we ran into some issues with the another preordering app. This one doesn't require any coding knowledge which is great. Support is helpful and very responsive. I look forward to future functionality updates to include the pre-order button on the quick shop pop up window - great work guys :)

Contacted them about an issue getting this to work on the mobile theme of our site. They installed it to my mobile theme and now all is working. Quick customer service response time

So far so good. Support replied my 2 emails within 20 minutes. Epic service and perfect answers. I highly recommend - 5 STARS! I had a small issue and the time responded LIGHTNING FAST. I mean within minutes via email. Best app developer in the Shopify store!

best pre-order app for our specific use case. it is the only app at the moment that lets you define preorder rules on a per-variant base, which is exactly what we were looking for. you can also define prompt messages regarding delivery times, etc. on a per-variant base. easyshop's support has been fast replying and really helpful with some tunings and enhancements we asked for. totally recommend this app to anyone who needs finesse in their pre-order operations!

Incredibly intuitive, great look and feel for the shopper and amazing customer support. I would highly recommend!! Don't lose out on potential sales, capture demand while they are on your site - take a pre-order with the PreOrder Me App!

i've had a few hiccups getting the app to work properly ((ie, it likes chrome better than safari and something went awry on one of my presets for a couple days)) but the team was responsive and corrected the issue(s) super quick. much appreciated.
