yup, the app went down and crashed out in the middle of a pre sale campaign. I had no idea for hours that this was the case. cost me tons of sales.

A massive thank you to Tessa who helped solve my problem very quickly and efficiently. She also provided me with useful documentation to help me solve another problem I was having outside the fordeer app so greatly appreciated for such exceptional service.
My problem was that the pre-order button didn't work. After exposing it to Katy and then Tessa, it was quickly resolved. I would like to thank the Fordeer team for their efficiency.
Straightforward, powerful, and extremely easy to implement. It's versatile and has everything you need. I appreciated the simplicity and the fact that it's essentially free and white-labeled. Phoebe from customer support was very helpful in resolving all our issues. Highly recommended.
A very useful application. They are in development of updates that will improve the operation and have a very good technical service.
The overall feeling is okay, but it would be better to have a more complete tutorial~
I install the app and immediately see that it doesn't work. I contact support and find out that the app is broken and that the developers are supposedly working on solving the problem. Support team tell me to be patient and they will solve the problem in 12 hours. 15 hours later, they tell me that it will be resolved in 24 hours. This all happens during the weekend and support team admit to me that they don't have developers who work on weekends - so they lied to me... I understand that the app is free, but this is quite irresponsible and I simply cannot recommend this to anyone.
